Overview
This addendum supplements our Privacy Policy with rights and disclosures specific to residents of certain US states.
California (CCPA / CPRA)
See Privacy Policy § 5 (CPRA categories) and § 10 (your rights). We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise CCPA rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 45 days; extensions up to 90 days where permitted.
Colorado (CPA)
Colorado residents have the rights of access, correction, deletion, data portability, and opt-out of targeted advertising / sale / profiling. We do not engage in those activities. Submit requests to [email protected]; appeals to [email protected] within 45 days of a denial.
Connecticut (CTDPA)
Connecticut residents have substantially the same rights as Colorado residents above. Same response addresses apply.
Texas (TDPSA)
Texas residents have rights of access, correction, deletion, data portability, and opt-out of targeted advertising / sale / profiling. We respond within 45 days.
Virginia (VCDPA)
Virginia residents have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out. Appeals to [email protected] within 60 days of a denial.
