Biometric, Audio, and Video Information Notice

Summary

ROAMiQ Cloud relays Home Assistant traffic which may include camera and microphone payloads if you have configured such entities in your HA installation. The Service does not store, transcribe, or otherwise process biometric, audio, or video content.Tunnel payloads pass through Cloudflare's network and are not retained by LarsCo.

State biometric statutes

Even though we do not collect biometric identifiers, we note the following statutes for transparency:

• Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), 740 ILCS 14/.
• Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier (CUBI), Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 503.001.
• Washington biometric privacy statute, RCW 19.375.

If we ever process biometric, audio, or video content

If we ever ship a feature that involves cloud-side processing of biometric, audio, or video content, this notice will be updated with affirmative opt-in consent flows that meet the requirements of the strictest statute applicable to you, and we will re-issue a material-change notice through the re-acceptance gate.
