Submitting a notice

A valid DMCA notice must include all elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A): a physical or electronic signature; the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the material that is alleged to be infringing and sufficient information for us to locate it; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice meeting the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant files suit.

Repeat infringers

LarsCo will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
