Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

Summary

This Data Processing Addendum is available to ROAMiQ Cloud customers operating in a B2B or fleet context, or with counter-party data-protection obligations. The DPA describes LarsCo's commitments as a data processor on behalf of the customer for personal data subject to applicable data-protection law.

Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) Modules 2 and 3 are incorporated by reference and apply where personal data is transferred to or from a jurisdiction requiring SCC coverage. ROAMiQ Cloud is currently offered only to US residents; SCC activation is a placeholder for future international availability.

How to sign

To execute this DPA, email [email protected] with your organization name, signing authority, and intended tier. We will return a counter-signed DPA within 5 business days. There is no charge for the DPA itself.
