Acceptable Use Policy
Effective 2026-05-27 · Version 1 · LarsCo LLC · All legal documents
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of the ROAMiQ Cloud service. It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not, and may not allow others to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or to harass or harm any person.
- Attempt to access any account, tunnel, manifest, or system you are not authorized to access.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service or its tunnels except as expressly permitted by law.
- Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited bulk communications from infrastructure connected to the Service.
- Use the Service to host or distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious code.
- Bypass or exceed rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
- Misrepresent your identity, your organization, or the source of any traffic.
- Use the Service to launch denial-of-service or amplification attacks against any third party.
- Use residential-grade tunnels to host public-facing production services or to provide remote-access service to third parties as a re-seller.
3. Safety, medical, and life-safety systems
You may not use the Service to monitor or control any fire, smoke, carbon-monoxide, intrusion, medical, freeze, oxygen, refrigerated-medication, or other life-safety system as a primary or only line of defense. See Terms § 10 and Privacy § 14.
4. Infrastructure abuse
The Service relies on shared Cloudflare and Supabase infrastructure. Excessive load, scripted brute-force attempts against authentication, scraping at industrial scale, or repeated triggering of rate limits may result in suspension or termination without notice.
5. Resale and rebranding
You may not resell, white-label, or rebrand the Service to third parties except under a separate written enterprise agreement signed by LarsCo. Customers operating fleets of employee or contractor vehicles must comply with applicable electronic-monitoring notice laws (e.g., NY Civ. Rts. Law § 52-c, Connecticut Gen. Stat. § 31-48d).
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected AUP violations, preserve evidence, and take any action we reasonably determine is appropriate, including warning, suspending, or terminating the offending account, and reporting illegal activity to law enforcement.
Report AUP violations to [email protected].
